It was an epic return to Hamilton for Impact Pro Wrestling as we hit the city for the second year in a row, delivering a night packed with rivalries, rematches and momentum‑shifting moments.

The action kicked off with the anticipated rematch between Jake Shehaan and Horus, with Kauri lurking in Shehaan’s corner. Things broke down fast, with both men throwing everything they had at each other. In the end, Shehaan’s alliance with Kauri paid off, as the Limit Breaker’s interference tipped the match in Shehaan’s favour.

The women’s division followed with a rematch from Collision Course, as Amber Saint and Megan‑Kate teamed up once again to face Mighty Maia and Candy Lee. This time, Saint and Megan‑Kate were fully in sync, cutting the ring in half and isolating Lee. Saint shocked the crowd by pinning the champion, all but guaranteeing herself a future title opportunity.
Ringo Ryan and Alex Savage then squared off in a match where the fans couldn’t decide who they disliked more. Both men leaned into their dirtiest tendencies, but Ryan’s experience won out as he put Savage down.

The crowd erupted when Generation Iron clashed with Church & State. Shaw and Burns focused heavily on isolating Joseph Kruz, but the champions rallied and proved why they sit atop the division. Their victory only deepened the cracks forming between Church & State.

Will Stone and Zac Kelly delivered a high‑energy singles match that had the crowd roaring. Kelly brought the aerial assault, while Stone looked determined to ground him. Kelly’s risk‑taking opened the door, and Stone capitalised to secure the win.
Wild Hunt continued their rise through the tag team division with a strong showing against Raven and Jackson Graves. Macallen and King’s momentum is undeniable, and a championship opportunity is clearly on their radar.
Kid Nova demanded a real challenge, and Pariah answered. The menacing Pariah showed no mercy, overpowering Nova and adding another dominant win to his record. Nova’s downward spiral only seems to be accelerating.

The main event delivered a heavyweight showdown as Jayrilla defended the IPW New Zealand Heavyweight Championship against Kauri. With serious momentum behind him, Kauri pushed the champion to his limits. But Jayrilla once again proved why he sits at the top of the mountain, retaining the title and closing the night on a high.
IPW returns to Auckland on 30 May for one of the hottest nights of the year, The Eliminator. PLUS, we’ve just announced our return to Taranaki on 18 July. More details coming soon—stay tuned.
