Impact Pro Wrestling is proud to announce the inaugural Peter Lane Memorial Cup Tournament, set for Saturday, 2 August at Mt Albert War Memorial Hall. This one-night event, revealed at Winter Warfare, pays tribute to the late Peter Lane—a foundational figure in New Zealand wrestling and an IPW Hall of Famer whose influence still echoes through the ring.

Peter Lane was more than an accomplished competitor—he was a mentor, a friend, and a guiding force for countless wrestlers in Aotearoa. His passion for the sport, tireless pursuit of excellence, and unwavering generosity left a mark that will never fade.

On this special night, eight top-tier wrestlers will battle it out in a single-elimination tournament. Each match will raise the stakes until one warrior hoists a custom trophy created in Peter’s honour.
